Returns and withdrawal

14 days to change your mind

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the goods — without giving a reason. If an order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start from the last one.

How to withdraw

Send us a clear statement by email to info@fortecoshop.com before the 14 days end, with your order number. You may use this model wording:

To FORTE CO INVESTMENT – FZCO, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, info@fortecoshop.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods:

, ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Order number: [number]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date].

Sending the goods back

  • We will reply with the return address. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.
  • You pay the cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
  • You may handle the product as you would in a shop to check it. If it is returned used beyond that, or incomplete, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Your refund

We refund everything you paid, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait to refund until the goods are back with us or you send proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, email info@fortecoshop.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace, repair or refund it and cover the return cost. This does not affect your legal rights.
