What we collect and why
- Orders: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone (optional) and what you bought — to deliver your order, handle returns and keep the records required by tax and accounting law.
- Account: if you create one, your login details and order history — so you can track orders and check out faster.
- Messages: what you send to info@fortecoshop.com — to answer you.
- Security: IP address of login attempts — to block password-guessing attacks. Kept for a short time.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal bases (for visitors from the EU, EEA and UK)
We process order data to perform our contract with you, records to comply with legal obligations, and security data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the shop safe.
Who receives your data
- Our hosting provider, FlokiNET (Iceland, within the EEA), which stores the website and its database.
- Our payment provider, which processes your payment. We never see or store your full card details.
- The suppliers and carriers that prepare and deliver your order — only the details they need to ship it.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these recipients may be outside your country. Where data leaves the EEA or UK, we rely on the safeguards provided by data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Accounts: until you ask us to delete them. Messages: as long as needed to deal with your request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@fortecoshop.com. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority. Residents of the UAE have equivalent rights under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

We only use cookies the shop needs to work: to keep your cart, remember the currency you chose, and keep you signed in. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and our fonts are served from our own server, so no data goes to third parties while you browse.
