These terms apply to every order placed on fortecoshop.com (“Forte Co”). By placing an order you accept them.

2. Products and prices
Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them; small differences in colour or packaging may occur. Prices are set in euros (EUR). If you choose to view prices in US dollars or UAE dirhams, the amounts are converted at current exchange rates; the currency and total you will be charged are shown at checkout before you confirm. Shipping is free.
Depending on your country and the warehouse your order ships from, import VAT, duties or customs fees may apply. Where they are not included at checkout, they are charged by the destination country and payable by the recipient.
3. Orders
An order is a request to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is no longer available or a price was clearly wrong — and in that case we refund any amount paid in full.
4. Payment
The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the United Arab Emirates, the European Union and EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States. Delivery is free and usually takes 5–10 business days. Details are on our Shipping and delivery page.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. How it works is explained on our Returns and withdrawal page.
7. Warranty
Products must be as described and fit for normal use. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, write to us and we will repair, replace or refund it. Customers in the EU, EEA and UK also keep the legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery that their national law provides; this is in addition to, not instead of, these terms.
8. Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our failing to meet these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before its courts. Please contact us first: most issues are solved quickly by email.
