Where we ship
We deliver to the United Arab Emirates, the European Union and EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States.
Cost and delivery time
- Shipping is free on every order, whatever the amount.
- Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days from order confirmation.
- Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you the tracking number and a link to follow the parcel.
Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on your country and the warehouse your order ships from, import VAT, duties or customs fees may apply. Where they are not included at checkout, they are charged by the destination country and payable by the recipient on delivery.
Delays and lost parcels
If your order has not arrived 15 business days after confirmation, or the tracking has not moved for a week, write to info@fortecoshop.com with your order number. If a parcel is lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
